Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with any certificates and inserts included.
• Returns must be started within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items that show signs of wear, resizing, alteration or damage cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it for the size you need, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
