Complimentary shipping

Every order ships free within the U.S. Rates and any available upgrades are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Each piece is inspected before it ships. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and you'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We can't change an address once an order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
